ПРОТЕОМНЫЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПРИ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗЕ

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен анализу литературных данных, связанных с ролью протеомных исследований при изучении атеросклеротических сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Приводятся результаты исследований по поиску новых протеомных потенциальных биомаркеров коронарного атеросклероза, ишемической болезни сердца, острого коронарного синдрома, инфаркта миокарда, атеросклероза сонных артерий, а также протеомных маркеров нестабильной атеросклеротической бляшки. Обсуждается, что протеомный анализ является перспективной развивающейся областью исследований.
