Реваскуляризация миокарда при многососудистом поражении коронарного русла в сочетании с хронической окклюзией. выбор тактики

Аннотация

   В обзоре представлены данные современной научной литературы о состоянии проблемы реваскуляризации миокарда при многососудистом поражении венечного русла. Показаны результаты исследований, проведенных в последние полтора десятилетия, включая систематические обзоры и метаанализы. Рассмотрены основные показания, осложнения чрескожного коронарного вмешательства при хронической тотальной окклюзии. Приведены исходы и отдаленные последствия разных видов реваскуляризации. Показаны результаты аналитического и сравнительного исследования опубликованных работ по данной проблеме.
