Роль эндотоксинемии в атерогенезе

Аннотация

   Представлена гипотеза о патогенетической роли бактериальных липополисахаридов (ЛПС, эндотоксинов) в развитии атеросклероза, систематизированы подтверждающие ее литературные данные, приведены некоторые собственные данные, свидетельствующие в пользу ключевой роли ЛПС-липопротеиновых комплексов в атерогенезе.
