Абберантная правая подключичная артерия (arteria lusoria) у больных со злокачественными новообразованиями. Обзор литературы и трех клинических случаев у пациентов с опухолями головы и шеи

Аннотация
Абберантная правая подключичная артерия или так называемая arteria lusoria является самой частой аномалией дуги аорты (0,19–4,1 %). При этом в литературе довольно мало статей о взаимосвязи встречаемости врожденной патологии развития сосудистой системы и злокачественных новообразований. Предоперационное выявление данной патологии крайне важно при лечении пациентов со злокачественными новообразованиями пищевода, легкого и щитовидной железы, органов средостения, что минимизирует риск массивных артериальных кровотечений, ишемии правой верхней конечности, а также повреждения правого невозвратного нижнего гортанного нерва. Мы хотели представить обзор литературы и три клинических случая данной патологии.
