Аннотация
Злокачественные новообразования (ЗНО) и противоопухолевая терапия увеличивают риск развития артериальной тромбоэмболии (АТЭ) (ишемического инсульта, острой артериальной окклюзии периферических артерий). В статье представлены частота развития АТЭ у данных пациентов, факторы риска развития АТЭ в зависимости от видов ЗНО, а также особенности профилактики и лечения АТЭ-осложнений у больных с ЗНО.
