При этом на монослой эндотелиальных клеток сосудистой стенки действуют механические силы, вызываемые изменениями параметров кровотока. При поражении сосудов под действием патологических факторов в первую очередь происходит деструкция эндотелиального гликокаликса (ЭГ).
