Общеклинические методы обследования, анкетирование пациентов с помощью опросника Мориски – Грина (MMAS-4), выполнение теста шестиминутной ходьбы, статистические методы анализа.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По результатам оценки приверженности к медикаментозной терапии 28 пациентов (62,2 %) отнесены к категории высокоприверженных (уровень по опроснику Мориски – Грина 4 балла из 4), а 17 пациентов (37,8 %) были низкоприверженны (уровень менее 4 баллов по опроснику Мориски – Грина). Обнаружена положительная корреляционная связь между уровнем приверженности к медикаментозной терапии и пройденной дистанцией при тесте шестиминутной ходьбы у пациентов, перенесших инфаркт миокарда (r = 0,345; p = 0,020).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Приверженность к назначенной медикаментозной терапии прямо влияет на показатели физической активности пациентов, перенесших инфаркт миокарда, оцениваемые по величине пройденной дистанции во время теста шестиминутной ходьбы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim of the study</title><p>Aim of the study: to determine the effect of adherence to drug therapy on physical activity measures, assessed by the six-minute walk test, in patients with myocardial infarction.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. General physical examination methods, evaluation of medication adherence by the use of MoriskyGreen (MMAS-4) questionnaire, six minute walk test, statistical methods of data analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the results of the assessment of adherence to drug therapy, 28 patients (62.2 %) were classified as highly adherent (the Morisky – Green score was 4 points out of 4), and 17 patients (37.8 %) were low-adherent (the level less than 4 points on the Morisky – Green questionnaire). A positive correlation was found between the level of adherence to drug therapy and the distance traveled during the six-minute walk test in patients who had myocardial infarction (r = 0.345; p = 0.020).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
