<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review presents the latest data from the world scientific literature of clinical studies of inhibitors protoprotein convertasesubtilisin/kexin 9 type (PCSK9). The results of the most important completed clinical trials and announcements of prospective clinical trials are presented, the completion of which is expected in the near future. The place of PCSK9 inhibitors in modern recommendations of the European and Russian Cardiological Society is highlighted. The results of studies on the efficacy and safety of PCSK9 inhibitors in selected patient groups (familial hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia) are presented. A review of the research aimed at finding new inhibition mechanisms for PCSK9, opening new horizons in the treatment of patients with dyslipidemia.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ингибиторы пропротеинконвертаза субтилизин/кексин 9 типа</kwd><kwd>гиперхолестеринемия</kwd><kwd>семейная гиперхолестеринемия</kwd><kwd>гипертриглицеридемия</kwd><kwd>алирокумаб</kwd><kwd>эволокумаб</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>PCSK9</kwd><kwd>inhibitors ofproprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9</kwd><kwd>PCSK9</kwd><kwd>Familial Hypercholesterolemia</kwd><kwd>hypertriglyceridemia</kwd><kwd>alirocumab</kwd><kwd>evolocumab</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Eerence B.A., Ginsberg H.N., Graham I. et al.
