Показаны результаты исследований, проведенных в последние полтора десятилетия, включая систематические обзоры и метаанализы. Рассмотрены основные показания, осложнения чрескожного коронарного вмешательства при хронической тотальной окклюзии. Приведены исходы и отдаленные последствия разных видов реваскуляризации. Показаны результаты аналитического и сравнительного исследования опубликованных работ по данной проблеме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The review presents the current scientific literature on the status of the problem of myocardial revascularization in multivessel coronary lesions channel.Shows the results of studies conducted in the past 15 years, including a systematic review and meta-analysis. Describes the main indications, complications of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with chronic total occlusion. Presents outcomes and long-term effects of different types of revascularization.
