В последнее время предложен новый маркер жесткости артерий – сердечно-лодыжечный сосудистый индекс (СЛСИ, или (в англоязычном варианте) – CAVI (cardio-anklevascular index), не зависящий от уровня артериального давления, что делает его более точным и удобным при динамической оценке состояния больных. Хотя показатель CЛСИ чаще применяется в скрининговых целях и для оценки сердечно-сосудистого риска, возможно его использование и у больных с уже имеющимися сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Настоящий обзор посвящен возможностям использования СЛСИ у больных атеросклерозом различной локализации, прежде всего у больных со стабильной ишемической болезнью сердца и с нарушениями мозгового кровообращения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The stiffness of the arteries is an integral indicator of the state of the vascular wall, so this indicator is widely used in cardiology practice. Recently, a novel marker of arterial stiffness – cardio-ankle vascular index (СЛСИ), independent of blood pressure levels, making it more accurate and convenient for the dynamic assessment of patients. Although СЛСИ indicator is more often used in screening for and to assess cardiovascular risk, perhaps its use in patients with existing cardiovascular disease.
