В исследование включены 702 пациента с диагнозом ишемической болезни сердца и 300 доноров крови, проживающих на территории Западно-Сибирского региона (Кемеровская область). Исследовано восемь полиморфных локусов четырех генов TLR: TLR1 (rs5743551, rs5743611), TLR2 (rs3804099, rs5743708), TLR4 (rs4986790, rs4986791), TLR6 (rs3775073, rs5743810). Генотипирование осуществляли методом TaqMan с использованием флюоресцентно меченных зондов производства Applied Biosystems (США) в формате учета прохождения полимеразно-цепной реакции в реальном времени.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Выявлено, что генотипы C/C rs5743551 и C/G rs5743611 TLR1, а также T/C rs3775073 и A/G rs5743810 TLR6 были статистически значимо ассоциированы с измененным риском развития ишемической болезни сердца (ОШ = 0,41, 95 % ДИ = 0,20–0,84, ОШ = 1,56, 95 % ДИ = 1,04–2,34, ОШ = 1,68, 95 % ДИ = 1,03–2,73 и ОШ = 1,55, 95 % ДИ = 1,12–2,14, р &lt; 0,05 соответственно) независимо от гендерно-возрастных характеристик пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Доказана ассоциация наследуемых аллельных вариантов генов рецепторов системы TLR с ишемической болезнью сердца.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Study aim</title><p>   Study aim: To investigate an association of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) gene polymorphisms with the risk of coronary artery disease (CAD). Materials and</p></sec><sec><title>   Methods</title><p>   Methods: We recruited 702 consecutive Russian patients with CAD and 300 healthy blood donors who were residents of Western Siberia (Kemerovo Region). We investigated eight polymorphisms within four genes: TLR1 (rs5743551, rs5743611), TLR2 (rs3804099, rs5743708), TLR4 (rs4986790, rs4986791), and TLR6 (rs3775073, rs5743810). Sample genotyping was performed in 96-well format using the TaqMan SNP genotyping assay.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results: C/C genotype of rs5743551 polymorphism and C/G genotype of rs5743611 polymorphism within TLR1 gene along with T/C genotype of rs3775073 polymorphism and A/G genotype of rs5743810 polymorphism within TLR6 gene were associated with a high risk of coronary artery disease(OR = 0.41 (95 % CI = 0.20–0.84), OR = 1.56, 95 % CI = 1.04–2.34, OR = 1.68, 95 % CI = 1.03–2.73, and OR = 1.55 (95 % CI = 1.12–2.14, р &lt; 0,05, respectively) independently of age and gender.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusions</title><p>   Conclusions: certain Toll-like receptor gene polymorphisms are associated with the risk of CAD.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ишемическая болезнь сердца</kwd><kwd>атеросклероз</kwd><kwd>врожденный иммунитет</kwd><kwd>TLR</kwd><kwd>генные полиморфизмы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>coronary artery disease</kwd><kwd>atherosclerosis</kwd><kwd>innate immunity</kwd><kwd>Toll-like receptors</kwd><kwd>gene polymorphisms</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hansson G.
