В исследование включено 292 пациента с ИБС с наличием и отсутствием НУО. Изучены ассоциации 8 полиморфных локусов 4 генов: TLR1 (rs5743551 и rs5743611), TLR2 (rs3804099 и rs5743708), TLR4 (rs4986790 и rs4986791), TLR6 (rs3775073 и rs5743810) у больных ИБС с развитием НУО.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Носители вариантного аллеля G локуса rs5743611 гена TLR1 имеют повышенный, а носители аллеля Т локуса rs4986791 (Thr399Ile) и аллеля G локуса rs4986790 (Asp299Gly) гена TLR4 – сниженный риск развития НУО. Носители вариантного гомозиготного (G/G) генотипа локуса rs5743611 гена TLR1 имеют более чем трехкратное увеличение риска развития НУО в возрасте от 50 до 70 лет. Минорный гомозиготный (A/A) генотип локуса rs5743810 гена TLR6 является протективным в отношении развития нарушений углеводного обмена у мужчин.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Выявлена взаимосвязь между вариабельностью локусов генов рецепторов врожденного иммунитета и развитием НУО у пациентов с ИБС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Aim of the study</title><p>   Aim of the study. To determine the impact of polymorphisms within the genes encoding Toll-like receptors on the development of carbohydrate metabolism disorders (CMDs) amongst patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and Methods</title><p>   Materials and Methods. We recruited 292 patients with CAD and investigated 8 polymorphisms within 4 genes, namely TLR1 (rs5743551 and rs5743611), TLR2 (rs3804099 and rs5743708), TLR4 (rs4986790 and rs4986791), and TLR6 (rs3775073 and rs5743810).</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. Carriers of G allele of rs5743611 polymorphism within TLR1 gene had an increased risk of CMDs. Moreover, the risk of CMDs was 3-fold higher in carriers of G/G genotype of rs5743611 polymorphism between 50 and 70 years of age. However, carriers of Т allele of rs4986791 (Thr399Ile) polymorphism and G allele of rs4986790 (Asp299Gly) polymorphism within TLR4 gene had decreased risk of CMDs.
