Изучение ассоциации полиморфизмов е2/е3/е4 гена APOE, rs1800588 гена HL, rs2228314 гена SREBP2, rs2516839 гена USF1 с внезапной сердечной смертью в русской популяции.</p></sec><sec><title>   Материал и методы</title><p>   Материал и методы. Группа лиц, умерших внезапной сердечной смертью (n = 379), контрольная группа, подобранная по полу и возрасту (n = 352).</p><p>   Результаты и обсуждение. По частотам генотипов е2/е3/е4 гена APOE, rs1800588 гена HL, rs2516839 гена USF1 не было найдено статистически значимых различий между группами. По частотам генотипов rs2228314 гена SREBP2 найдены статистически значимые различия между группой лиц, умерших внезапной сердечной смертью, и контрольной группой. генотип GC является условно протективным в отношении развития внезапной сердечной смерти (ОШ = 0,4, 95 % ДИ 0,3–0,6, р = 0,0). генотип CC ассоциирован с повышенным риском развития внезапной сердечной смерти у мужчин (оШ = 4,1, 95 % Ди 1,8–9,0, р = 0,0).</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. rs2228314 гена SREBP2 ассоциирован с внезапной сердечной смертью в русской популяции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Study objective</title><p>   Study objective. Investigate the association of polymorphisms E2/E3/E4 gene APOE, rs1800588 gene HL, rs2228314 gene SREBP2, rs2516839 gene USF1 with sudden cardiac death in the Russian population.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. A group of sudden cardiac death (n = 379), the control group, matched by sex and age (n = 352).</p><p>   Results and discussion. The frequencies of genotypes E2/E3/E4 gene APOE, rs1800588 gene HL, rs2516839 gene USF1 was not found statistically significant differences between the groups. The frequencies of genotypes rs2228314 gene SREBP2 found statistically significant differences between the group of sudden cardiac death and the control group. GC genotype is conditionally protective against the development of sudden cardiac death (OR = 0.4, 95 % CI 0.3–0.6, p = 0.0).
