В исследование включены 1650 пациентов и амбулаторных больных старше 45 лет (1167 женщин и 483 мужчины) НКЦ «геронтологии» г. Москвы. Содержание общего холестерина, триглицеридов (ТГ) в сыворотке крови анализировалось энзиматическими методами на биохимическом анализаторе. Относительные количества липопротеидов очень низкой плотности (ЛПОНП) и липопротеидов низкой плотности (ЛПНП) определялись методом электрофореза на ацетатных пленках. На основе базы данных исследована частота встречаемости разных типов дислипидемий. В возрастном диапазоне старше 75 лет частота встречаемости людей с дислипидемиями снижается от 81,0 до 36,4 %. Наиболее значительно снижается частота встречаемости сочетанной дислипидемии (в 4 раза) и триглицеридемии (в 2 раза). У мужчин частота встречаемости сочетанной дислипидемии снижается в течение возрастного периода старше 45 лет, у женщин – старше 75 лет. Частота встречаемости гиперхолестеринемии у мужчин возрастает в период 60–90 лет, у женщин снижается в период 45–75 лет. При сочетанной дислипидемии увеличивается относительное содержание в сыворотке крови как ЛПОНП, так и ЛПНП, при этом частота встречаемости лиц с повышенным относительным количеством ЛПОНП снижается после 75 лет. Показано, что в старших возрастных группах частота встречаемости изменений липидного обмена, связанных с нарушением метаболизма ТГ и возрастанием количества частиц ЛПОНП в сыворотке крови, значительно снижается после 75 лет как у мужчин, так и у женщин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Background</title><p>   Background. Aging of the world population attracts attention to the elucidation of etiology factors triggering development of age-dependent systemic pathologies including atherosclerosis. We assessed the dynamics of lipid parameters changing and their gender differences in people aged 45 years and over. </p></sec><sec><title>   Methods</title><p>   Methods. Total cholesterol, triglycerides (TG) and relative content of verylow density lipoproteins (VLDL) and low density lipoproteins (LDL) in blood serum were measured by means of spectral analyzer and electrophoresis on acetate plates in 1650 patients (1167 women, 483 men) aged 45 yrs and over. The prevalence of dyslipidaemias was estimated by standard statistic methods.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. In age period over 75 yrs the frequency of dyslipidaemias decreased from 81.0 % to 36,4 %. The most significant decrease concerned combined dyslipidaemia (CD) (4 times) and triglyceridemia (2 times). CD lowering in men observed through the age range of 45–90 yrs, in women – from 75 yrs and over. Frequency of hypercholesterolemia in men increased during 60-90 yrs and decreased in women in the period 45-75 yrs.
