Выявленные грипп-индуцированная эндотелиальная дисфункция, изменения метаболизма липопротеинов, воспаление, воздействие на атеросклеротические бляшки поддерживают мнение о роли гриппозной инфекции в качестве важного фактора кардиоваскулярного риска. Обсуждается вопрос о целесообразности вакцинации против вирусов гриппа, поскольку это может оказаться важным фрагментом стратегии для кратко- и долгосрочной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, связанных с инфекциями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The paper presents the literature data, as well as the results of our research on some aspects of the relationship between influenza infection and cardiovascular diseases. Influenza virus-induced endothelial dysfunction, modification of lipoprotein metabolism, atherosclerotic plaque outgrowth, and inflammation additionally support the opinion concerning the role of influenza infection as a strong cardiovascular risk factor.
