Дизайн исследования – одномоментные (кросс-секционные) популяционные обследования случайных репрезентативных выборок школьников 14–17 лет обоего пола. В период с 1989 по 2009 гг. проведено пять скринингов подростков – учащихся средних общеобразовательных школ. Всего обследовано 3311 подростков (43 % мальчиков) с откликом 88–93 %. Анализ сыворотки крови на общий холестерин (ОХС), холестерин липопротеидов высокой плотности (ХС ЛПВП) и триглицериды (ТГ) проводили энзиматическими методами на автоанализаторах с использованием стандартных реактивов. Концентрации холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности (ХС ЛПНП) получены расчетным путем.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. За период с 1989 по 2009 г. липидный профиль крови у подростков 14–17 лет существенно изменился. Средние уровни ОХС значительно снизились в обеих гендерных группах: на 24,8 мг/дл у мальчиков и на 28,3 мг/дл у девочек (p &lt; 0,001). Средние уровни ХС ЛПНП также снизились. Средние значения ХС ЛПВП и ТГ за 20-летний период не претерпели выраженных изменений. Частота гиперхолестеринемий за двадцать лет снизилась более чем в 5 раз: среди мальчиков с 22,3 до 4,2 % (p &lt; 0,001), среди девочек с 31,8 до 5,5 % (p &lt; 0,001). Выявлены достоверные прямые ассоциации ОХС и ХС ЛПНП с весоростовым индексом Кетле.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о снижении распространенности дислипопротеидемий среди подростков в период с 1989 по 2009 гг.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Objective of the study was to examine 20-year trend in the prevalence of atherogenic lipid disorders in adolescents 14–17 years – residents of a large Russian industrial city (Novosibirsk).   Methods. Five cross-sectional population surveys of representative samples of schoolchildren aged 14–17 of both sexes were conducted during the period from 1989 to 2009. The study sample included 3311 adolescents (43 % boys) with the response rate 88–93 %. Blood total cholesterol, high-densitylipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, were measured by enzymatic methods. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was calculated with Friedwald’s formula. Prevalence of dyslipidemia was evaluated with NCEP-peds criteria.</p><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. During the period from 1989 to 2009 blood lipid profile in adolescents 14–17 years has changed significantly. Mean levels of total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased significantly in both gender groups. Mean values of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol for the 20-year period did not changed. Frequency of hypercholesterolemia for twenty years has fallen by more than 5 times.
