В результате скрининга патологии щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) выявлено 16 женщин с субклиническим гипотиреозом, методом случайных чисел сформирована контрольная группа – 32 женщины в эутиреозе. Показано, что у женщин с субклиническим гипотиреозом средние уровни общего холестерина и холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности (ХС-ЛПНП) достоверно выше, чем у женщин без нарушений функции ЩЖ. Не получено достоверных отличий от результатов контрольной группы в показателях артериальной жесткости – индекса аугментации у женщин, принимающих терапию по поводу гипотиреоза и тиреотоксикоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Current study was performed within the HAPIEE project “Determinants of cardiovascular diseases in Eastern Europe”. Population-based subsample of 280 subjects was analyzed. Screenning of TG pathology revealed 16 women with subclinical hypothyroidism, control group composed of 32 women with euthyriodism was developed by the random numbers method. The received data showed that the total cholesterol level and hs-LDLP were significantly higher comparing with women without TG abnormalities.
