Целью работы явилось исследование новых биохимических маркеров ССЗ и их вероятных осложнений (аполипопротеина A1 (АпоА1), аполипопротеина В (АпоВ), отношения AпoВ/АпоА1) у жителей Алтайского края. Показано, что между мужчинами и женщинами статистически значимые различия выявлены по всем анализируемым маркерам возможных осложнений: содержание АпоВ, коэффициент АпоВ/АпоА1 у мужчин значительно выше, а содержание АпоА1 - достоверно ниже, чем у женщин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The mortality from cardiovascular disease in Russia remains high. The target of the real work was the research of new biochemical markers of сardiovascular diseases and their probable complications (an apolipoprotein of A1 (Apoa1), an apolipoprotein B (ApoB), relation ApoB/ApoA1) at residents of Altai region.
