Цель исследования – изучение их ассоциации с электрокардиографическими про-аритмическими паттернами в мужской популяции Новосибирска.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Использованы данные репрезентативной выборки 145 мужчин в возрасте 25–44 лет из популяции жителей Новосибирска. Аппланационную тонометрию радиальной артерии и анализ пульсовой волны осуществляли с помощью системы SphygmoCor (AtCorMedical, Австралия). На электрокардиограмме покоя определяли Бругада-паттерн, паттерн ранней реполяризации желудочков и фрагментацию комплекса QRS в соответствии с общепринятыми текущими критериями. При анализе данных использовали методы описательной статистики и общую линейную модель (GLM).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Фрагментация комплекса QRS в области нижней стенки левого желудочка независимо от возраста, индекса массы тела и частоты сердечных сокращений ассоциировалась со снижением отношения амплификации пульсового давления (F = 5,34; p = 0,022), амплификации пульсового (F = 5,91; p = 0,016) и амплификации систолического (F = 5,02; p = 0,027) давления.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В мужской популяции Новосибирска снижение амплификации пульсовой волны ассоциировалось с фрагментацией комплекса QRS. Результаты настоящего исследования свидетельствуют об актуальности интегральной оценки прогностически значимых индикаторов артериальной жесткости и желудочковой про-аритмии для изучения возможной кумуляции сердечно-сосудистого риска.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pulse wave amplification and augmentation are considered as new indicators of arterial stiffness. It is of interest to study their association with electrocardiographic pro-arrhythmic patterns in the male population of Novosibirsk.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. We used data from a representative sample of 145 men aged 25-44 years from a population of inhabitants of Novosibirsk. Applanation tonometry of the radial artery and pulse wave analysis were performed using the SphygmoCor system (AtCorMedical, Australia). The Brugada pattern, the pattern of early ventricular repolarization and fragmentation of the QRS complex were determined on a resting electrocardiogram according to generally accepted current criteria. When analyzing the data, descriptive statistics methods and the general linear model (GLM) were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Fragmentation of the QRS complex in the in the area of the inferior wall of the left ventricle, regardless of age, body mass index and heart rate, was associated with a decrease in the ratio of amplification of pulse pressure (F = 5.34; p = 0.022), amplification of pulse pressure (F = 5.91; p = 0.016) and amplification of systolic pressure (F = 5.02; p = 0.027).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In the Novosibirsk male population, a decrease in pulse wave amplification was associated with fragmentation of the QRS complex.
