В Сообщении 2 представлены общие вопросы, касающиеся применения наиболее широко употребляемых в клинической практике гиполипидемических средств - ингибиторов фермента 3-гидрокси-3-метилглютарил Коэнзим А (HMGCoA) редуктазы (статинов), включая основные эффекты препаратов различных поколений на показатели липидного профиля, результаты рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, характеристику побочных эффектов статинов, а также подходы, обеспечивающие безопасность их применения.

This article is devoted to discussion about main aspects of current use of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaril CoA reductase inhibitors (statins) according last international guidelines. Statin’s base effects on lipid profile, medication regimens, side effects and safety ensuring are represented.
