Цель исследования – изучить уровни ненасыщенных ЖК (ННЖК) плазмы крови у мужчин 35–74 лет из сельских районов Новосибирской области при наличии у них АГ, а также провести анализ взаимосвязи ННЖК с наличием АГ.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В рамках одноцентрового обсервационного одномоментного эпидемиологического исследования по Новосибирской области обследованы жители сельских районов 35–74 лет. Включено 300 мужчин со средним возрастом 60,4 ± 10,6 года. Методом газовой хроматографии с масс-селективным детектированием в плазме крови определяли уровни ННЖК: n-3 (альфа-линоленовой, эйкозапентаеновой, докозагексаеновой), n-6 (линолевой, гамма-линоленовой, дигомо-гамма-линоленовой, арахидоновой, докозатетраеновой, докозапентаеновой), n-9 (гексадеценовой, олеиновой, мидовой, селахолиевой).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При проведении сравнительного анализа изучаемых показателей с использованием теста Крускала–Уоллеса выявлены статистически значимые различия в содержании линолевой кислоты (р = 0,043) между подгруппами с АГ 1-й, 2-й и 3-й степени. Данные различия обусловлены преимущественно группой пациентов с АГ 3-й степени. Установлено статистически значимое повышение уровня гамма-линоленовой ЖК на 16 и 21 % в подгруппах с АГ 2-й степени (р = 0,046) и АГ 3-й степени (р = 0,014) соответственно по сравнению с группой мужчин без АГ. При проведении корреляционного анализа обнаружена прямая взаимосвязь между гамма-линоленовой ЖК и АГ (r = 0,152; p = 0,008).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. В настоящем исследовании обнаружена прямая зависимость между уровнем n-6 гамма-линоленовой ЖК и АГ у мужчин 35–74 лет из сельских районов Новосибирской области.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Different fatty acids (FA) have different effects on oxidative stress, insulin resistance, inflammation, and endothelial dysfunction, which may eventually contribute to the development of hypertension. Aim – to study the levels of unsaturated FA (UFA) in blood plasma in men aged 35-74 years from rural areas of the Novosibirsk region in the presence of hypertension, as well as to analyze the association of UFA with the presence of hypertension.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Rural residents aged 35-74 were examined as part of a single-center observational single-stage epidemiological study in the Novosibirsk region. The study included 300 men with an average age of 60.4 ± 10.6 years. The levels of UFA in blood plasma were determined by gas chromatography with mass-selective detection: omega-3 (alpha-linolenic, eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic); omega-6 (linoleic, gamma-linolenic, digomo-gamma-linolenic, arachidonic, docosatetraenoic, docosapentaenoic); omega-9 (hexadecenoic, oleic acid, mead, selacholic).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A comparative analysis of the studied indicators using the Kruskal-Wallace test revealed statistically significant differences in the content of linoleic acid (p = 0.043) between the subgroups with hypertension of 1, 2 and 3 degrees. These differences are mainly due to the group of patients with grade 3 hypertension. A detailed study revealed a statistically significant increase in gamma-linolenic acid levels by 16 % and 21 % in the subgroups with grade 2 hypertension (p = 0.046) and grade 3 hypertension (p = 0.014), respectively, compared with the control group. A correlation analysis revealed a direct relationship between gamma-linolenic acid and hypertension (r = 0.152; p = 0.008).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
