Новосибирска. Материал и методы. Изучение ассоциации генов-кандидатов с депрессией в популяции лиц 25–64 лет г. Новосибирска проводилось на материале трех крупномасштабных эпидемиологических исследований, в которых принимали участие жители Октябрьского района г. Новосибирска. В настоящее исследование вошли: III скрининг программы ВОЗ «MONICA»-психосоциальная в 1994–1995 г. (657 мужчин); IV скрининг “HAPIEE” 2003–2005 гг. (642 мужчины); VI скрининг населения в 2013–2017 г. (403 мужчины и 531 женщина). Генотипирование изучаемых полиморфизмов осуществлялось в лаборатории молекулярно-генетических исследований НИИТПМ – филиал ИЦиГ (г. Новосибирск). Результаты. Найдена достоверная ассоциация депрессии с носительством следующих генотипов: SLA и LALA гена SLC6A4, «длинных» аллелей (от шести повторов и выше) гена DRD4, 9/9 гена SLC6A3, генотипа T/C гена DRD2/ANKK1 Taq1A, G/G гена COMT, С/G гена IL-6, G/A гена TNF-α и ε3/4 гена АPOE (p &lt; 0,05). Заключение. Демонстрация общего генетического субстрата для депрессии и атеросклероз-связанных сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний может в дальнейшем раскрыть механизмы двунаправленной связи, посредством которых депрессия и сердечно-сосудистые заболевания потенцируют друг друга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the study: to identify the most significant associations of depression with candidate genes associated with atherosclerosis-related cardiovascular diseases among individuals aged 25–64 in Novosibirsk. Material and methods. The study of the association of candidate genes with depression in the population of individuals aged 25–64 years in Novosibirsk was carried out using the material of three large-scale epidemiological studies in which residents of the Oktyabrsky district of Novosibirsk participated. This study included: III screening of the WHO MONICA psychosocial program in 1994–1995 (657 men); IV screening “HAPIEE” 2003–2005 (642 men); VI screening of the population in 2013–2017 (403 men and 531 women). Genotyping of the studied polymorphisms was carried out in the laboratory of molecular genetic studies of the Research Institute of Therapeutic Microbiology and Microbiology, branch of the Institute of Cytology and Genetics (Novosibirsk). Results. A reliable association was found between depression and carriage of the following genotypes: SLA and LALA of the SLC6A4 gene, “long” alleles (6 repeats and higher) of the DRD4 gene, 9/9 of the SLC6A3 gene, T/C genotype of the DRD2/ANKK1 Taq1A gene, G/G of the COMT gene, C/G of the IL-6 gene, G/A of the TNF-α gene and ε3/4 of the APOE gene (p &lt; 0.05). Conclusions.
